What it means to keep
The archive is open to all, and always will be, with or without a single keeper. Nothing here is waiting to be switched off, and there is no lock to buy your way past. Keeping is not access, and it is not life support. It is what pays for the next thing: more of the work made, and carried to people who do not yet know it exists. The circles differ only in how deep the keeping goes, never in what the world receives.
